In free Governments the rulers are the servants, and the people their superiors & sovereigns. The goal of this project is to link the Constitution, its amendments and its primary source material in a flexible setting, enabling users to identify the pertinent primary source materials that lie behind any section of this governing document. Instead of using a traditional methodology in which the Constitution is considered as a whole document and indexed, this project will use Drupal, an open source CMS, to attach the source material to specific articles and sections of the Constitution. Source material will be tagged with selected terms from structured taxonomies
